Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Travellers required to pay entire tour cost in advance to confirm their booking.
- Jenson Worldwide tours do not offer credit facility and/or refund the tour cost if you fail to show up on the date of departure.
- Our Tour Operator reserves the right to modify, vary, amend or cancel any condition, tour itinerary, hotel, places etc, if circumstances so warrant, without prior intimation and no credit or refund will be given for the same.
- Any extra cost that may be incurred because of breach or violation of the rules and regulation of a place shall be charged to a traveler and he/she will have to pay the same before the conclusion of the tour.
- We do not refund entire or part of the tour cost if any traveler is unable to avail any of the services, stays, food, visitation tickets or travel tickets due to any personal and/or health reason during the tour.
- We will not be able to offer any changes to the booking dates, itinerary whatsoever once booking is made. No refund can be claimed by travelers: domestic or international if the air tickets are non-refundable.
- In case visa is rejected by the Consulate/Embassy then the visa fee is non-refundable and cancellation charges will be applicable.
- Travelers cancelling their bookings due to personal reasons and/or unforeseen circumstances shall not be eligible for a refund.

- Refund (interest free) after deducting cancellation charges upon cancellation from travelers, as under:

Number of days prior to departure Cancellation charges % on total tour price 46 – 31 Days 25% Non-Refundable on the tour cost paid. 30 – 15 Days 50% Non-Refundable on the tour cost paid. 14 – 8 Days 75% Non-Refundable on the tour cost paid. 7 Days 100% Non-Refundable on the tour cost paid. No Show 100% Non-Refundable on the tour cost paid. In all other circumstances INR 25,000 Non-Refundable.
