Fr Alfonso Elengickal and I, (Bro. James Stephen Uppani, SSP) joined a pilgrimage to the Holy Land conducted by Jenson Worldwide Tours, from 25th April to 6th May 2018. On the way, I met with an accident. I was eighty years old at that time.
Our flight from Mumbai landed in Amman first. We were waiting for our bus which was late. So I sat at the corner of a huge trolley which fell to that side because it had no wheel at that corner and my right palm went under it while balancing the fall. An 8mm rusty screw pierced right through the middle of my right palm. Two of the pilgrims struggled to liberate my hand from the screw for it had pierced to the other side of the palm. Blood began to flow like water from the tap, for I had been taking blood thinner every day. Mrs Ujwala Albert Dias gave me a small Band-Aid. It did not help much. So I covered the wound with my handkerchief. One after the other I threw away two handkerchiefs full of blood. One young lady, not from our group, came forward and offered me a large Band-Aid. After fixing it I turned back to thank her, but diapered! The bus came and we reached the hotel in Nazareth. The hotel people refused first aid and told me to go to a doctor.
Fr Alfonso also was very upset. We both were in one room. At night when Alfonso was in deep sleep I was struggling with pain and got up from the bed knelt near my bed and prayed with tears in my eyes ……. “Lord will you not permit me to visit your Calvary? You have healed me two times from cancer and a tumor of my backbone in the past. Now I pray ……. I trust in you and Your Mother Mary ……I prayed. Then I went to bed. In the morning a miracle happened! The palm of my hand had swollen like the size of a table tennis ball, and three middle fingers were swollen, but no pain or infection. In the morning I helped Fr Alfonso celebrate Mass and distributed Holy Communion to over 80 pilgrims. They were frightened seeing the swollen hand, but no pain or fever. I took an active part in helping the tour director, Mr Jenson. Though it was swollen all through the pilgrimage, I had no pain. In a photo of my swollen hand taken after reaching Mumbai, one can see how it was still swollen. No Dettol or any type of antibiotics or painkillers were available or used. Yet I had no pain or fiver. I believe that it was a miracle. Praise the Lord!
The tour was excellent and all hotels were 5 stars in the middle of the city. The food was fantastic and I recommend others to join the jenson Worldwide Tours for Holy Land. The guides were professionals and visited more places than other tours. We saw the sycamore tree of the Gospel. I cleared many doubts like mustard seed, camel, and the eye of a needle. Mustard seed is not found in Israel. It is the seeds of a fig that is smaller than mustard, about which Jesus speaks. The eye of a needle is a narrow passage between two walls in Israel. We saw the thorny trees from which the crown of Jesus was made. I do not speak about the pilgrimage for most of us have visited Holy Land.

At the outset let me congratulate you for designing such a well thought tour. The ample time you provided at places of Marian apparitions (Medjugorje, Lourdes and Fatima) as also at Rome was highly appreciable. Thanks for the well conceived time table. Special thanks for the excellent stay arrangements and the exotic food provided throughout the tour. We also appreciate your personally accompanying us instead of leaving to your representatives. I also thank you for the lovely cashew nuts grown in your farm and also entertaining when we were down in our mood due to long hours of journey. We also appreciate your presence of mind in handling situation without causing any hardship to pilgrims.
The countries with their lush greenery and cool climate with genuine concern for one another and a sense of civic and travel discipline were truly an amazing experience for us. The shrines of Lourdes and Fatima and other Holy places were truly an enriching experience of renewal of faith. It was an amazing feeling to experience faith have in these Holy places..
The structures are truly mammoth and awe inspiring and interior paintings are out of this world.

Dear Mr.Jenson, Ms.Patricia and the team.
I had the opportunity to travel under the banner of Jenson Worldwide Tour to Holyland in 2015, Western and Eastern Pilgrimage tours in 2016 and 2017 with Mr. Jenson in command.
The tours were very well organised. Mr.Jenson left no stone unturned to make the pilgrims happy. Happy because, all the religious sites were well managed and organised.
In Holyland, the places of Jesus’s birth and death were extensively covered especially, the carrying of the Cross to Calvary by every pilgrim which brought to life Jesus carrying the Cross 2000 years ago.
As regards to Western Europe Tour, the amazing experience of Holy Dip at Lourdes as also the recitation and candle light procession at evening Rosaries at Lourdes and Fatima not forgetting the Papal Audience in Vatican.
The Eastern Europe Tour covered the Infant Jesus ( Shrine) of Prague. The Divine Mercy Church at Krakow and apparition site of Mother Mary at Medjugore to name a few coupled with the visit of tourist places including the place where some scenes of the movie “Sound of Music ” were supposed to have been shot.
Mr. Jenson, also ensured visits to tourist places of interest. Further, he made the pilgrims happy and satisfied with good food and good hotels to stay. He takes interest to keep all the pilgrims happy and always ready to solve any problems which the pilgrims may face. He goes out of the way to help when required.
I wish Mr.Jenson, Ms. Patricia and their team all the best in their future tour endeavours especially the Holy Pilgrimages tours.

I thank you and your team first of all for organizing a memorable trip to Marian and centres of other heavenly saints Pilgrimage. I thank God and mother Mary for making it possible to join this adventure through the loving gesture of Lancy and Merlyn who paid for my expenses.
The countries with their lush greenery and cool climate with genuine concern for one another and a sense of civic and travel discipline were truly an amazing experience for me.
The shrines of Lourdes and Fatima and other saints on the way were truly an enriching experience of renewal of faith. When I was in those places I felt God was very much present in the humans assembled there. In Lourdes I felt an overwhelming feeling of the burden of suffering. The experience of Mother Mary’s presence has become more reassuring in my daily life now.
The structures are truly mammoth and awe inspiring and frescoes are out of this world. How much planning and labour must have gone in in erecting such structures- all God inspired.
I liked our group members all enthusiastic, faith filled ( I have grown in my faith seeing their fervor) and very caring for one another. I enjoyed your spiritual inputs some time dramatically. Other times as a guide you knew how to flow from business narratives to secular episodes and jovial conclusions. Your placing order in the eateries I liked: less words, more food.
The schedule was tight…a bit tiring in travel. Some more tourist spots could be added to get a glimpse of each country by reducing other sites if need be. For most of us we wouldn’t get another chance to visit these countries again.
Once again I thank you for giving me this opportunity to travel with you and the group on this pilgrimage. I cannot thank you enough for the room facility you offered for me.

Jenson, Patricia, and Team made our Holy Pilgrimage absolutely unforgettable. Helen and I are so grateful for the chance to go on this deeply meaningful journey. Right from the start, we could tell that every little detail had been carefully planned out. He took care of us like family, making sure we were safe and comfortable.
One of the best parts was the briefing from Jenson each night, getting us ready for the next day’s activities. It meant we could fully focus on the spiritual experience without any worries. His way of communicating made everyone feel included and made the trip even more enjoyable. And his reminders about important things like medicine and passports, and other things showed just how much he cared about us.
But what really made this pilgrimage special was the knowledge he and his team shared about the holy places we visited. They helped us understand the significance of each spot and made the whole journey even more spiritual. We feel so blessed to experience the beautiful churches, miraculous places like Fatima, Lourdes, Medjugorje and many more. Visiting these holy places has only enriched our faith and belief. We truly felt God’s presence every step of the way.
Looking back on our trip, we feel incredibly thankful to Jesus and Mother Mary for making it all possible. It was such a meaningful experience, thanks to the hard work and dedication of Jenson, Patricia, and their team.
We can’t thank them enough for organizing such a wonderful pilgrimage. May God bless them abundantly for all they do, and may they continue to help others on their spiritual journeys.
